blessed indeed

I count myself among those richly blessed.  My life is filled with connections that shape, challenge, encourage, emboldened, instruct, strengthen, walk alongside and in some instances endure.

I’m not just talking about my wife and son, or my family of origin, not just my Christ-commons, or my friends from my childhood, not even the great pantheon of those who came before me or even my connection with the Creator.  I’m talking about the way that all of these connections and many more connections are working in concert to shape the very essence of my person.

I am who I am because of the relationships I have been blessed with.  Every person in my life is a gift from God.  As best as I am able I search each relationship for signs of God’s invitation.  Now that you are reading this site, I wonder whether God has something in store for us?

Peace, dwight
